Prospective authors are kindly encouraged to contribute to and help shape the conference through submissions of their research abstracts, papers and e-posters. Also, high quality research contributions describing original and unpublished results of conceptual, constructive, empirical, experimental, or theoretical work in all areas of Computational Intelligence, Data Science, Health Informatics, Communication and Applications are cordially invited for presentation at the conference. The conference solicits contributions of abstracts, papers and e-posters that address themes and topics of the conference, including figures, tables and references of novel research materials.
The ICMITA-2023 Conference themes, grouped in six tracks, are the following (but are not limited to):

The contributors should follow the standard norm for paper contribution. Original manuscript not exceeding length of 5000 words (Double Column – Max 6 Pages including tables/figures/ images) and abstract should be of maximum 250 words. Manuscript must be formatted in Times New Roman font style in 12-point font size with single line spacing on MS Word. Full name(s), designation, affiliation of the author(s), Contact No. & E-mail IDs must be provided. IEEE style of citation and referencing must be followed. Submissions must be uploaded and managed through EasyChair (https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=etcia2023).
nce your paper is accepted the registration process begins. You must complete the following four steps.
It is mandatory for at least one author of an accepted paper to register in order for the paper to be included in the technical program and published in the proceedings. If an author has more than one accepted papers, there will be discount on registration fees of additional papers. Please see the Fee Structure mentioned below or in the “acceptance letter” you have received. The regular fee will be charged upto 6 pages and after that additional USD 20/INR.500 per additional page will be charged. Use the following LINK for the payment of Registration fees:

Authors have to fill up and sign registration form (for the individual paper), and email (etcia@vitbhopal.ac.in) that to us in PDF/JPG/PNG format.
Note: Mail Subject should be “Paper ID, Corresponding Author name”
All papers must adhere to double-column and must be submitted in .doc or .docx format only.
Email the filled registration form (.doc/.docx format) + final paper (.doc/.docx format) that you would like to publish in the conference proceedings to email id: etcia@vitbhopal.ac.in only before the last date of registration.
All registered and presented papers will be published in the following reputed Scopus journals and Book series. The publication journals will be decided based on the quality of research articles.
